I try not to brag, but we really do have cute kids. Check out more new pics at the November web album. With so many family and friends living far away, it is fun to look at each moment as an opportunity to capture a picture we can share on the blog. We are so happy that you are able to see how the kids are growing.
We had a busy, fun weekend which included checking out the progress on the new house. Click here to see the newest pictures we took on Saturday, Day 17 of our home build project. We were actually present as the workers lifted into place the frame for one of the front walls! You'll also see in the pictures our next door neighbor's house has quickly gone up and is already framed and insulated.
Also on Saturday we went to Bachman's, where the kids got to see Santa (for free!!), see a real live reindeer (it was asleep - bummer), and make magic reindeer food to leave out for Santa's reindeer on Christmas Eve. Pictures are in the November web album.
Today Trevor's preschool class is having a "feast" to end their lessons on Thanksgiving. Each child was supposed to bring a taste of something for the whole class. Trevor took venison summer sausage from the deer John harvested earlier this month. I'm hoping he's able to explain what it is :)
Have a Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
