| Baby 3 Ultrasound Pictures |
Click the image to go to our web album of this morning's ultrasound pictures! The kids came with us and got to see the baby, too. Well, Trevor looked at the screen; Sarah just ran around the room like the crazy 2-year-old she is.
As for the sex of this little one, we will wait in suspense to find out. John and I were still undecided about finding out when we arrived, so we asked Trevor and he said he wanted to be surprised when the baby is born (although he firmly is requesting a boy).
My doctor was in surgery this morning, so I go back later this afternoon for my regular 20-week check-up. Hopefully everything from the ultrasound will look good to the doc. I'll be sure to update the blog with any news that comes from this afternoon's visit.
In other news, it's been a very eventul few days at the Zimmerman house. We had new carpet installed througout the house yesterday as part of our preparing to put the house on the market. It looks wonderful!! I feel much better about the marketability with the fresh paint in a few rooms and the look of the (much nicer) carpet. A huge thank you to our friends Jeff and Eric who helped John get EVERYTHING moved out of the way so the carpet could be installed, and who, undoubtedly, will be back to help move things again this evening. You guys rock!
So you may asking what we did with the kids during all the carpet hullabaloo... Another huge thank-you to Aunt Jan for letting me and the kids descend upon her house Sunday night and all day Monday. She entertained the kids, fed us, and even came to the Science Museum with us (having additional adult supervision is always a good thing!). Thank you so much, Jan! It was a good distraction for the kids, and they were so worn out they fell asleep in the car right away. The barely even noticed being put in their beds when we got home. I'd say it was a successful day!
That's all for now. Stay tuned for more adventures!
